Do you love throwing parties and giving gifts to others? Do you take the time to provide the best keepsakes that you can? After your celebration, do you contemplate on how much money you have just spent to be an excellent hostess? Ultimately, are you concerned that your memento is going to be tossed in the trash when your guests return home?

Can you relate to these situations at all?

Yes, I know that giving party favors to your guests can become expensive very quickly. My goal for this blog is to create party favor ideas that will not break the bank. I also have a desire to provide gift ideas that your guests will use and cherish for years to come.

I am a wife to an amazing husband and a mom to two terrific teenagers. When I am making party favors, I love to involve my whole household in the creation process. I consider this a pre-celebration crafting party. We are spending time together as a family while preparing gifts that we hope will be a blessing to our friends and loved ones. The Bible says, “It is better to give than to receive.” (Acts 20:35).

I feel the same way about these party favor ideas as I do about any other gifts that I would give throughout the year. If I am going to take time and spend the money to give a gift, I want it to be something that will remind my loved ones of the fun-filled times that we have spent together.

So, here is my blog motto. If you are going to give a gift to your guests, give them something worth keeping, give them a life long memory.
