Reverse Canvas Baby Announcement Instructions:

Learn how to make an adorable Reverse Canvas Baby Announcement. This creative DIY pregnancy announcement is a great party favor for your gender reveal party or baby shower. What a perfect way to celebrate your baby’s upcoming birth. If you are going to give gifts to your guest, give them something worth keeping, give them a life long memory.

I want to encourage you to think about the event that you are hosting. Think about how you can customize the announcement to fit your event’s theme. Are you having a farm animal shower, a little all-star, or a pretty princess? Whatever your theme will be, consider how you can incorporate your theme into your announcement.

Here is what you will need:

Reverse Canvas Baby Announcement (Ingredients)

The first step is to design your baby’s birth announcement. As you can see, I created four unique layouts. I hope this helps you create a unique design. I used Microsoft Word and I have set up each announcement at a size of 3.5”x5”. Now you have room to create four announcements per sheet. After you have completed your design, print the announcements on Oracle 1917 Inkjet Printable Vinyl.

Now it is time to create the reverse canvas baby announcement. Start by removing the staples from the back of the canvas frame. With a pencil, trace the frame’s outline onto the canvas. Trim your canvas with scissors; follow the lines that you have drawn. Now, cut out your vinyl announcement. Remove the paper from the back of your vinyl. Lineup the vinyl and attach it to the canvas. To dress up your creation, paint your frame with a color that relates to your theme. After the paint dries, staple the canvas onto the back of the frame.

These precious baby announcements are wonderful gifts that will last for years.
